It is important to recognize local companies who are promoting ecologically friendly products and services.  Our resources are not very abundant in Hawai'i, so it is important to shed light on products such as compost, organic herbicides and pesticides, and other green-friendly products, that will help sustain or vulnerable island eco-system.
